Someone asked to listen to me talk! I was so excited and nervous. I felt so cool! I wanted to make this interview the coming out party for the farm and the product line (and our upcoming processing facility). I wanted to be accidentally famous and the industry's new reluctant guru. These things didn't happen, but I did manage to sound sane and tell a few funny/not-funny stories.
